Madura Fashion and Retail is part of Aditya Birla Fashion Retail.

Madura Fashion and Retail is the powerhouse of the four best-selling branded apparel brands in India, namely Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Allen Solly and Peter England.

These Brands are having thousands of exclusive Outlets spread across India.

All these Outlets were using Tally Shoper as their Billing Software connected to the Centralized Server which used to synchronize with the Showroom Systems and collect and consolidate data to generate the required MIS Reports for the Management.

Madura Fashion and Retail was facing one major Business Problem in every showroom, of Customer who came for a particular Product was walking out of the Showroom just because their preferred Size or Colour of the Product was not available in that showroom during the time of their visit.

This result in loss of Business for the Brand even though the Showroom staff was promising to arrange for the desired Product with the Colour and Size asked by the Customer. But, many time the Customer may not show up to collect the same as they might have visited the competitor showroom and got settled for something else.

This was happening despite the said Product with the Colour may be available in another showroom that may be present with in less than a kilometer or few kilometer radius.

Madura Fashion and Retail realised due this particular problem they not only lose the sales many times they end up in losing the customer to their competitor.

To overcome this loss of Business Opportunity and avoid losing the Customer to their competitor Madura Fashion and Retail approached Nova Technosys who was having expertise in providing solution on Tally Shoper.

Nova Technosys after analyzing the requirement of Madura Fashion and Retail came out with the new customized option developed on Tally Shoper which will allow the Showroom staff to search for the availability of the desired Product across the Showrooms and once its found the Showroom Staff will make a request for the particular Product after confirming with the Customer to wait and collect the desired product in next 15 or 20 minutes or the time required to reach from the other showroom.

Based on that the Showroom where the stock of that Particular Product available will get notified through e-mail and they will arrange for the Product to be delivered to the Showroom which had requested the Product.

The required Purchase Transaction file will be generated and sent to the receiving Showroom by the System automatically.

This helped Madura Fashion and Retail to make sure that their Customer is satisfied with their quick action which help them to retain the Customer as well as during the waiting time giving the opportunity for the showroom staff to upsell some more product to the customer.

Nova Technosys also customized Tally Shoper for Madura Fashion and Retail and developed solution that will help the Head Office to track the Cash Sales and Cash Deposit at Showroom level. This has helped the Head Office to improve their Cash Flow position and improve the Cash Collection Process from the Showrooms.
